Focusing on You
01 — Where are you now
We’ll explore where you are at this point in your life, what prompted you to seek coaching now, and establish goals that you’d like to reach during our coaching time together.
02 — Where did you start
After looking at your current state and landing on specific goals for our practice, we’ll begin to unpack the beginnings that helped you create the habits that are serving or have become barriers to who and where you want to be.
03 — What to keep, and what to leave
After understanding your habits, you’ll decide which of your current emotional habits serving you, which are no longer serving you, and new habits you need to develop that will propel you towards your goals
04 — The Tool Kit
Based on the learning what to keep and what to leave, we’ll develop a tool kit to help you establish and keep the healthiest emotional habits, while developing other healthy coping habits which will serve you when need it most.
